As for nowadays, the room is well run with approachable managers and good dealers. I guess that's where the money is in 2016 and nostalgia isn't what it used to be. The old poker room has now been turned into yet another night club which is bang on trend for the Vegas of today. Gone are the days of the dedicated, quiet and sumptuous poker room a guy could call home for a few hours and maybe even win a few bucks. The poker room is now out on the casino floor squished in between the sports book and clanging slot machines.
